1. Service Overview
Wow-Jobcy provides:
- Job listing compliance review
- Formatting and optimization of job postings
- Distribution of job ads to third-party job boards and platforms
- Resume distribution services (on behalf of clients)
- Employment reference checking support
By using our services, you authorize Wow-Jobcy to review, format, and distribute job-related materials as needed to perform these services.
2. Employer Responsibility
Employers and clients are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of all submitted job listings and information
- Ensuring job opportunities are legitimate and lawful
- Compliance with all applicable employment, labor, and privacy laws
- Providing truthful company, candidate, and contact information
- Obtaining proper consent for any candidate data submitted
Wow-Jobcy relies on the information provided and does not independently verify all details.
3. Candidate & Resume Data (Resume Distribution)
For resume distribution services:
- Clients must have explicit permission from candidates before submitting resumes
- Submitted resumes must be accurate and not misleading
- Personal data must be shared in compliance with applicable privacy laws
Wow-Jobcy is not responsible for misuse of candidate data provided by clients.
4. Employment Reference Checking
For reference checking services:
- Clients must confirm they have obtained candidate consent before requesting reference checks
- All references provided must be legitimate and relevant
- Wow-Jobcy facilitates the process but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of references
- Reference checks are provided for informational purposes only.
5. Compliance Review
All submitted materials may be reviewed for:
- Basic legal compliance
- Clarity and completeness
- Prohibited or misleading content
Wow-Jobcy may:
- Edit formatting, grammar, or structure
- Request additional information
- Reject submissions that do not meet our standards
A compliance check does not guarantee full legal compliance or acceptance by third-party platforms.
6. Prohibited Content

Each platform may independently approve, reject, or remove content.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Wow-Jobcy does not guarantee:
- Number or quality of applicants
- Candidate responses or interviews
- Hiring outcomes
- Accuracy of reference check results
Our services are designed to support hiring processes, not ensure results.
9. Edits and Modifications
Wow-Jobcy may make minor edits to submitted content for:

We will not materially change the intent without client consent.
10. Removal and Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or remove any submission
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy

- Actions or policies of third-party job boards or platforms
- Applicant or employer behavior

12. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Digiview Gobal Tech, Wow-Jobcy Recruiting Services, or it's affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Job postings or resume content
- Reference check requests
- Violations of employment or privacy laws
- Misuse of candidate information
13. Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated version.
