Employer Authorization & Data Protection Agreement


Effective Date: March 16, 2026

This Employer Authorization & Data Protection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Wow-Jobcy Recruiting (“Wow-Jobcy”) and the Employer or Client (“Employer”) using Wow-Jobcy services.

By using Wow-Jobcy services, the Employer agrees to the following terms:

1. Authorization of Services

The Employer authorizes Wow-Jobcy to:

  • Perform job ad compliance checks
  • Distribute job postings to third-party platforms
  • Facilitate candidate visibility and application flow
  • Provide resume distribution and related recruitment support services

2. Candidate Consent Assurance

  • Candidate information and resume data distributed through its services are obtained with proper consent
  • Candidates have authorized the sharing of their information for employment-related purposes

However, the Employer acknowledges that Wow-Jobcy relies on submitted and third-party data and does not independently verify every consent instance.

3. Employer Data Protection Obligations

The Employer agrees that all candidate and applicant data received through Wow-Jobcy must be:

  • Kept strictly confidential
  • Used solely for legitimate hiring and employment purposes
  • Stored securely using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards
  • Protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse

4. Access Control & Internal Security

The Employer agrees to:

  • Limit access to candidate data only to authorized personnel
  • Prevent access by unauthorized employees or third parties
  • Implement internal controls to ensure proper handling of sensitive information

5. Cybersecurity & Due Diligence

The Employer agrees to take reasonable measures to protect candidate data from:

  • Cybersecurity threats, including hacking or unauthorized system access
  • Data breaches, leaks, or loss
  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution

Such measures may include secure systems, password protection, encryption, and regular monitoring where applicable.

6. Prohibited Use of Candidate Data

The Employer shall NOT:

  • Sell, share, or distribute candidate data to unauthorized parties
  • Use candidate data for non-employment-related purposes
  • Retain data longer than necessary for hiring purposes
  • Misuse or exploit candidate personal information in any way

7. Data Breach Responsibility

In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access, the Employer agrees to:

  • Take immediate action to contain and mitigate the breach
  • Notify affected parties as required by applicable law
  • Cooperate with any necessary investigations

Digiview Global Tech, Wow-Jobcy Recruiting, or any of it's affiliates is not responsible for breaches occurring within the Employer’s systems or environment.

8. Indemnification

The Employer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wow-Jobcy from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Improper handling of candidate data
  • Failure to implement reasonable security measures
  • Unauthorized use or disclosure of information

9. No Guarantee of Security

While Wow-Jobcy takes reasonable steps to promote proper data handling, no system is completely secure. The Employer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

10. Compliance with Laws

The Employer agrees to comply with all applicable United States laws and regulations related to:

  • Data privacy
  • Employment practices
  • Information security

11. Agreement Acceptance

By using Wow-Jobcy services, the Employer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
